It’s Monday.
I’m listening to: The Girl on the Train. Finished Anansi Boys last night.
Still listening to,
may always be listening to, joint project with hubby – Rebel Call. I think
we need to schedule listen-together-dates or something. This isn’t working so
well.
I’m rereading: Cloud Atlas for the CloudAtlasAlong. Note to others: the first section
was definitely my least favorite, but essential for setting up the rest of the
book – which gets truly amazing the deeper you get.
Ordered book for book club: Under the Wide and Starry Sky
We're book twins right now! I'm also reading The Girl on the Train, and of course, Cloud Atlas. Good to know it gets better because I'm a few pages into the first section, and kind of like whaaaaat? Happy reading, and can't wait to hear more of your thoughts for #CloudAtlasAlong!

Keep going. It keeps changing. I think it may have taken me until part 3 to be completely hooked. What's good about the sections?They're short. I worry now that I know too much. It was such a surprise -- such an unfolding reading it the first time. I didn't know what was going on and had to piece it together. Reading it again, I see the patterns -- how tightly woven it actually is. Not so clear at first read.
